ElevateMN Now Hiring: Operations & Executive Support Contractor

As ElevateMN continues expanding its community initiatives throughout Minnesota, we are currently seeking an Operations & Executive Support Contractor to assist with administrative coordination, operational support, communication management, event planning, and organizational growth.

This opportunity works directly alongside organizational leadership and helps support several ongoing community-focused initiatives including:

- Elevated Escape Camping Retreat  

- Christmas Compassion: Fill-the-Truck Toy Drive  

- Christmas at the Brownstone Holiday Gala  

- Elevated Invitational Cornhole Tournament  

- MNDOT Adopt-a-Highway Project  

- Additional workshops, outreach programs, and fundraising initiatives throughout Minnesota

This role is ideal for someone who is:

- Organized and self-motivated

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced community environment

- Strong with communication and follow-through

- Interested in nonprofit and event operations

- Looking to grow alongside an expanding organization

Opportunity Overview

- Approximately 10 hours weekly baseline

- Flexible remote structure

- Additional involvement during events and retreat season

- Starting compensation begins at $21/hour

- Performance-based growth opportunities available

Experience with administrative coordination, QuickBooks, nonprofit operations, communication management, event support, or organizational systems is preferred, but not required.
